At Celdon, we're building AI-powered workflow automation platform for enterprise finance teams. We aim to help accountants, financial analysts, tax advisors and CFOs reduce their manual work. We're an early-stage startup, moving fast, and focused on bringing Noah to market. Now we're building our GTM engine from the ground up – and we're looking for a sharp working student to help us grow. The Role This isn't a sideline seat. You'll work directly with the founding team across the full GTM spectrum – from content and SEO to customer success touchpoints and outbound. You'll own real projects, learn by doing, and help shape how our product shows up in the market. We are hiring for this position as either an Intern or a Working Student, depending on your availability. Working Student hours: 16–20 hours/week during semester Internship possible based on your individual and university requirements Start: As soon as possible Tasks In your role, you'll work directly with the founding team to build our GTM engine and marketing and product content. You will: Content & SEO Research, write, and publish content in German and English across our website, blog, and social channels Support SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical fixes Help develop case studies, product explainers, such as videos and guides, and thought leadership content targeted at finance teams Update content regularly and spot new topic opportunities based on trends and competitor activity Customer Success & Community Assist in maintaining customer documentation, FAQs, and help content Monitor feedback channels and relay insights to product and marketing Support beta customers with feedback and experience on our platform CRM & GTM Operations Keep our CRM clean and up to date Track GTM KPIs, support reporting, and help us stay organized across campaigns and follow-ups Track performance in tools like HubSpot or similar – flags, dashboards, basic reporting Spot gaps and proactively suggest improvements – we love that Learn by Doing Get hands-on experience in B2B GTM, AI-driven products, content marketing, and how early-stage companies build their growth engine. Requirements We care more about curiosity and drive than a polished resume. You'll thrive here if you: Are passionate about AI topics and current trends Can translate ideas into stories that catch attention of enterprise customers Fluent German and English (C1+) Are currently enrolled at a university in Germany, available ~16–20h/week Are comfortable writing clearly in both German and English — for technical and non-technical audiences Like figuring things out, trying tools, and learning fast Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable with numbers Bonus if you've worked with content tools (Storyblok), HubSpot, SEO tools, design tools (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, etc.) or video tools (Loom, ElevenLabs, Vimeo) – even just for personal projects.
