Ready to kick-start your career in an AI-first B2B tech company transforming the future of e-commerce logistics and retail? Parcel Perform is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Go-to-Market and Sales activities across the DACH region. Working directly with our Chief Customer Officer and Co-founder Dana von der Heide in our Berlin office, you will gain hands-on exposure on revenue growth and strategic initiatives as well as go-to-market execution in one of our key markets. If you're interested in learning how an international B2B SaaS business scales and in gaining direct experience from a founder, this role offers practical experience with real impact. We currently prioritize full-time interns who are willing to commit for a minimum 6 months. Aufgaben This isn't a coffee-and-copy internship. You'll be working directly alongside our Chief Customer Officer and Co-Founder, getting a front-row seat to how enterprise deals are shaped, won, and grown at an AI-first B2B SaaS company. Be in the room where it happens. Join strategic customer meetings with some of Europe's leading brands, helping prepare the agenda, briefing materials, and follow-up communications — so you understand not just what was said, but why it matters commercially. Own the executive narrative on LinkedIn. Help manage and craft regular personal branding content for our CCO on LinkedIn — one of our most important sales channels. You'll learn how thought leadership directly drives pipeline and builds trust with enterprise buyers. Keep the engine running. Support inbox management for a senior executive, learning how to prioritise, triage, and action communications in a fast-moving sales environment. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with seasoned enterprise sales professionals. Collaborate with experienced Key Account Managers across the DACH region on real accounts — contributing to proposals, account research, event preparation, and CRM hygiene that directly influences revenue outcomes. Support high-impact events and customer moments. Help organise customer visits, industry events, and executive meetings — from logistics to follow-up — gaining a holistic view of how enterprise relationships are built and maintained. You'll leave this internship with a deep understanding of how B2B enterprise sales actually works — not from a textbook, but from lived experience. Qualifikation You don't need years of experience.
