You design and implement business capabilities in modern backend and frontend services, with a backend-leaning focus Where required for delivery, stability or safe migration, you actively contribute to changes in legacy systems You translate business requirements into clean technical specifications, meaningful solution designs and robust implementations You identify and improve technical bottlenecks, unnecessary coupling and structural delivery obstacles Existing systems are continuously improved by you through refactoring, decoupling and pragmatic modernization during live operation You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads and Engineers to clarify business rules and technical dependencies Junior engineers are supported by you through code reviews, technical sparring and living best engineering practices Your profile You bring 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer You have strong skills in modern backend technologies such as Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring Boot or comparable stacks You are comfortable working in heterogeneous environments, including legacy systems You turn unclear requirements and implicit business logic into solid technical solutions APIs, integration patterns, data models and operational implications of technical decisions are familiar to you You value high engineering standards: testability, code quality, maintainability and production awareness You confidently use AI tools as productivity enablers without compromising quality or accountability Why us?
