ai-coustics is building the reliability layer for Voice AI, the system that closes the gap between raw audio input and reliable machine understanding in production. Role Overview We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale ai-coustics' end-to-end marketing function as we define a new category in Voice AI infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales/GTM, you'll set the strategy, build the team, and personally drive the work that establishes ai-coustics as the default reliability layer for Voice AI builders worldwide. You'll own positioning, demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, and developer marketing — and translate complex audio and AI capabilities into a sharp, technical narrative that resonates with developers, technical buyers, and executive decision-makers. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and scaled marketing functions at high-growth B2B / developer-first startups and is ready to do it again with full ownership. Tasks Define and own ai-coustics' marketing strategy end to end: positioning, messaging, ICP, category narrative, and marketing plan tied to revenue and pipeline goals Build, lead and develop the marketing team (currently Growth & Content Marketer, Video Specialist, plus agency partners) and shape the org as we scale Drive B2B demand generation across paid, GEO, lifecycle and partnerships, with clear ownership of pipeline contribution Lead product marketing: launches, positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and launch materials Own developer marketing in collaboration with DevRel and Engineering: documentation
