About Yoffix Yoffix is a hybrid workplace management platform helping companies manage offices, desks, meeting rooms, parking, visitors, and team collaboration. Our platform integrates with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, HR systems, calendars, and workplace infrastructure. We work with companies across Europe and build a real production SaaS product used daily by enterprise customers and distributed teams. We are a small and focused engineering-driven team where developers have direct impact on the product, architecture, and technical decisions Tasks About The Role We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants to grow together with the product and take real ownership over time. This role combines: operational engineering, product improvements, troubleshooting, customer-driven development, backend and frontend work, and long-term platform evolution. A significant part of the role is solving real production problems: bugs, edge cases, integration issues, customer requests, performance bottlenecks, and operational improvements. We are not looking for someone who only wants isolated feature tickets or pure greenfield development. We are looking for an engineer who is comfortable working with real-world production systems and gradually becoming one of the technical owners of the platform. What You’ll Do Investigate and resolve production issues Work on customer-driven product improvements Debug frontend and backend problems Improve reliability and maintainability of the platform Work with integrations and asynchronous workflows Participate in architecture and infrastructure discussions Support deployments, testing, and release processes Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership Gradually take more ownership and responsibility inside the platform Requirements Strong Practical Experience With React TypeScript Node.js Modern frontend development API and backend development Debugging production systems Git workflows Strong Understanding Of scalable web applications asynchronous and event-driven systems cloud infrastructure basics software maintainability production ownership mindset troubleshooting and debugging Communication English level B1-B2 or higher Ability to communicate clearly in technical discussions Additional Plus German language skills are a strong advantage, especially for customer-oriented communication Personal Qualities You take responsibility for results You are proactive and reliable You are comfortable working independently You are not afraid of unfamiliar systems You care about stability and product quality You want to grow together with the company and product Bonus Skills Experience with technologies or concepts similar to: GraphQL AWS or other cloud platforms Serverless infrastructure NoSQL databases Queue-based systems Monitoring and observability tools Enterprise SaaS products Microsoft 365 / Google integrations CI/CD processes B
