We are scaling our go-to-market and need a leader who sells by shaping how enterprise clients and partners think about sourcing SAP expertise in the agentic era. Our offer to you As Business Development Director SAP, you combine four capabilities: deep SAP ecosystem knowledge, understanding of AI’s role in service delivery, strategic consulting skills, and entrepreneurial drive. You challenge how your clients source, deliver and scale SAP projects – and you show them why the Vico model is structurally superior (when this is the case, which it most often is). You operate as a trusted advisor at C-level, translating Vicoland’s platform and AI capabilities into client-specific value scenarios. You join our leadership team with end-to-end accountability: from market shaping and first pitch to delivery oversight and long-term account growth. You lead the Vicos serving your clients – acting as an entrepreneur leading entrepreneurs. Tasks Shape the market Position Vicoland as the strategic alternative to traditional consulting and SI models – with enterprise clients and subcontracting partners alike. Question established sourcing models and demonstrate why Vicos deliver better outcomes. Plan and implement mixed human / AI offers by Vicos. Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to specific client contexts. Build thought leadership through events and LinkedIn presence. Win and grow clients Develop and own a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners – from strategic outreach through close to long-term expansion. Conduct consultative, insight-driven conversations at C-level. Translate the Vico model into concrete ROI scenarios for each client. Identify cross- and upsell opportunities with a founder’s mindset.
